SCARCE’s Where is Away? exhibit is will be on display at the Oak Brook Public Library January 2nd-31st. Visitors of all ages can explore this interactive display to find out how to responsibly dispose of common items found around the home.

Items range from plastic bottles and bags to household chemicals, electronics and food scraps with best practice advice that includes composting, recycling at home, or taking to a special collection center.

Stop by the exhibit on your next trip to the library – or make a special trip! You can test your knowledge and get all your recycling questions (or suspicions) answered.

Stop by the library on Monday, January 20th from 10-11am (Martin Luther King Jr. Day) to chat with SCARCE staff and get in-depth answers to your recycling queries.
