The Environmental Action Team is sponsoring the 8th annual Buffalo Grove Green Fair on Sunday, June 23 from 8 am – 12:30 pm at Mike Rylko Community Park. This free event for the whole family will provide information and activities to help residents learn about the small steps they can take at home, work and in the community to improve our environment and make Buffalo Grove a greener and healthier place to live.

Items being collected for recycling and repurposing include bicycles and bicycle parts, small electronics, eyeglasses, hearing aids, keys, clothing, shoes, crayons, books, CDs, DVDs, game discs, knives, scissors, blades, flower vases, coat hangers and small working appliances.
