Addison Park District Recycling Extravaganza

Collection items include electronics, cell phones, eye glasses, American flags, medical equipment, bicycles, paper shredding (5 box limit) and more. The Community Recycling Extravaganza is sponsored by State Representative Kathy Willis.

Recycled for a fee: Flat Screen TVs & Monitors only (no tube or projection tvs) $25 for under 21″, $35 for 21″ and larger.

Paper shredding is for documents only. Remove binder clips, binders, plastic report covers,  plastic folders or media. No credit cards or plastic of any kind. Metal staples and paper clips are ok.

This event is for residents only, no business or not-for-profit waste.

General Info
Recycling Extravaganzas are drive through recycling and reuse events. Residents can load up their car and then watch as volunteers unload the items they wish to recycle or donate. Events are held Saturday mornings.
