Storm Drain Medallion Project Application

Any DuPage County resident high school age or older is welcome to apply to lead a storm drain medallion project in their community. At least one adult leader is required to supervise the project.

  • Applicant Information

  • Are you a scout leader? Student club president? Eagle scout project lead?
  • School, civic, scout group etc

  • Secondary Contact

    Required if the applicant is under the age of 18. An adult leader (teacher, club sponsor, parent, advisor etc) is required to oversee student projects.

  • Project Info

    Tell us a bit about your intended project. This does not have to exactly match the final outcome but should give us an idea of what you want to do.
  • State if this is an estimate or an exact number. You may request 1 to 20 medallions. Installations of more than 20 medallions can be discussed.
  • Consider: locations that will be seen by more people will have a greater impact.
