The West Chicago Environmental Commission will again be hosting an on-site paper-shredding event on Saturday, June 5, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. in the Metra parking lot across from City Hall. The event may end early if the trucks get full.

For Local residents and businesses only. All attendees must wear a mask.

Bring up to 10 boxes for onsite document shredding. Residents must keep their empty boxes, Accurate cannot shred or take them away.

• Must remove binders, rubber bands, plastic page protectors, plastic bags, plastic file tabs, CDs and other hard items (they are fire hazard for shred truck!)
  • Staples and Paper Clips do not need to be removed.

Accurate Document Destruction, Inc. of Elk Grove Village provides the shredding service.
