Lunch & Learn: East Branch of DuPage River Watershed

DuPage County Stormwater Management and The Conservation Foundation are hosting a free lunch and learn workshop in your watershed. This workshop aims to connect like-minded organizations and individuals who are concerned with protecting local streams and rivers.
This workshop will focus on the watershed plans for St. Joseph Creek and the City of Aurora’s Green Initiatives. They have installed a bio-Filtration facility that filter stormwater runoff from a parking lot before it enters the Fox River and the stormwater wetland bioswale installed at RiverEdge Park. He will also be presenting information about their parkway rain gardens.
