Join State Rep. Jim Durkin and State Senator John Curran for a free community recycling event. Keep unwanted items out of the landfill and help local non-profits fulfill their missions to help those in need.
Accepted Items
- Documents for shredding, 2 paper bag limit
- Remove ALL plastic and metal including binders, sheet protectors, paper clips, binder clips, CDs, report covers etc. Staples do note need to be removed.
- Electronics recycling- NO TVs. View full list of accepted electronics and household items for recycling
- Clothing (gently-used or new) for Morning Star Mission
- Hats, gloves, scarves
- Coats
- New only: socks, undergarments, long underwear
- Food – for Morning Star Mission
- Cereal (boxes/bags)
- Cranberry Sauce
- Dessert mix
- Jello mix
- Jelly
- Pancake mix
- Peanut Butter
- Salad Dressing
- Canned soup
- Spaghetti Sauce
- Spaghetti Pasta
- Stuffing mix
- Syrup
