Carissa McKinney is the middle school science teacher at Jewish Community Day School of Boston. She will graduate from Miami University this December with her M.A.T. with a focus in conservation biology and earned her Honors B.A. with Distinction from the University of Delaware in Biological Sciences after focusing her studies on marine biology and sea urchin neurogenesis.
