Addison residents only – must show proof of residency

In order to maintain safety at the event during the Covid-19 outbreak, residents will not be allowed to exit their vehicles.  This is a drive-thru event only.  Workers and volunteers wearing proper PPE will empty the contents of your vehicles, so please have all items sorted and readily accessible.

Location: Addison Trail High School, north parking lot 213 N. Lombard Rd

There is no charge for the event, however, there are limits on televisions (2 per car), document shredding (3 boxes), and Household Hazardous Waste (50 pounds).

Accepted items:

• Household hazardous waste – limit 50 lbs
• Paper for shredding – limit 3 boxes – remove binders, binder clips, and all plastic disks, folders etc
• Electronics – limit 2 TVs/car
• Books – any kind
• Brita water filters and pitchers (Brita brand only)
• Music records – vinyl, LPs, 45s
• Keys (car, house, luggage)
• Musical instruments & sheet music
• Holiday light strands
• American Flags
