Join SCARCE and DuPage County Stormwater Management for the 12th Annual Sustainable Design Challenge. Who: Up to 10 teams of students from each high school in DuPage County are invited to tackle this challenge.
Goal: Design and construct a model of a building that meets LEED criteria for sustainable buildings in a bid for cash prizes.
The day of the event, students will have the opportunity to:
- Present their project to the public & a panel of judges
- Tour the DuPage County campus to learn about sustainable design and infrastructure
- Explore sustainability careers through interaction with professionals in the field
Please note: The registration deadline has been extended to Wednesday, April 4th. Submissions will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
